| Again, the lack of runners in attack cost us, not enough players in motion running at space, we missed Ablett massively I thought.
It was a tough game but booth teams executed poorly, but Hudds controlled the ruck better than us, although I thought they got away with a hell of a lot of messing around at the PTB, but we didn't do enough to earn a quick PTB.
Individually, Watkins, Bailey, Robbie Ward and JP were decent, but I fear for us while Hardaker is out if BJB doesn't improve dramatically, he was shocking in just about every area IMO. Not enough impact from the bench either I thought, I would've started Singleton and brought Kylie on off the bench, Kirke offered nothing which is par for the course to be fair.
All in all despite many predicting a drubbing we really should have won that game but yet again our failure to turn field position into points let us down.

He should've stopped all three of them, and not lose the ball when returning another.
Brough did kick good but he was helped by a poor FB showing.

Those were extreme examples, but you are right. I think i only recall one decent kick from Sinfield in general play.
then in second half (first section of) they were at panic stations with last play kick. Sutcliffe's weren't any better.

Poor marking, all he had to do was fall over.
Crabtree was well looked after last night. Thought they gained more direction when he left and Larne Patrick and Ta'ai were introduced.
Leeds could do with learning quickly how to get hold of Brough.

| Think Stevie Ward on the fringes needs to be used better.
He can punch above his weight in defence and makes good contact and puts himself about. So shows he can stand his ground in this area. but with ball in hand he's not getting any favours. Getting it at third receiver with no room, is ok if you're delaney. Get your head down and battle it up. But Ward gets creamed. you want him to use his skill, like in first half, get the ball in space and he can step and fend and beat a man (which resulted in a near try, with flick on from watkins finding touch and not Briscoe)
