| Love it when a plan comes together
Two yrs planning, given up as we have now agreed we cant or wont afford the new stand.
Why take fans money from the Rhinos for 4life scheme ? were has this money gone ?
How much have we wasted in paying designers etc and applying for planning etcj just to get to the payment side and think oh we cant afford this !!!
This is a joke and bad pr for Leeds

You suspect right, it's Belle Vue Doncaster.
Not a bad effort for the Mail though, at least it's not the Manchester speedway track.

| I remember going to belle vue as a young lad,and even in the 70s I thought Belle vue was one of the most picturesque grounds in the league ,with those 3 stands.I alway's like Parkside too.Of course those safety standards put paid to stadiums like that

| I am led to believe that the Libdem councillor who opposed the planning application for the redevelopment of the Southstand which led to it having to be scaled down, has lost his seat.I wonder if a new application with the original plans would now be possible?dont think so,but I am pleased he was ousted

Presumably he was representing the views of his constituents, but not enough of them. Sod this localism.
