You'd better start saving. i went to a Dodgers baseball game in LA and two beers (slightly larger than a pint) were $40 in the stadium. Needless to say i didn't buy a second round.

not for me. Vegas is very marmite and I didn't like it.
if you're making a holiday of it san franciso is brilliant but prebook alcatraz. it's fantastic.
the grand canyons, obviously,  jaw dropping and san Diego is  brilliant. if you're of an age monument valley is a real eye opener. brings back memories of all those old great western movies.
all are  relatively local

Went a number of years ago and vowed never to go back.
However my partners sister lives in California and she wanted to visit Vegas and Hollywood.
I spent most of the visit saying told you they were crap!
I would suggest if you are taking in the game combine it with visits to San Diego, Alcatraz and the Grand Canyon if you can afford it.
Even better hire a car and do Route 66.

I've been to Vegas a couple of times, brother's never been so we are having a lads trip.  Decided to go with the Rhinos package as it is fairly comparable price wise, sure we could get flights, hotels etc a little cheaper but I really can't be bothered with the hassle, let someone else have that
