Why does Newman just cause trouble. We need to get rid end of season. He offers nothing to the team. Once ECW is fit I would swap them out. 

Very even good tough game, some excellent defence from both sides.


Think your bench and use ofbsubs won it for you, juts that extra bit of effort, we have too many out in the same position and it's costing us having to play centres in the backrow for 80 mins.

I would just drop him now. Had a shocking game and his antics at the end were embarrassing. Playing an older, slower Watkins at centre can’t be any worse. Still clunky on attack. Fortunately now we have a decent pack we’re always in the game and have a chance.

Didn`t get back until just after 8 so watched on Sky.
Connor silly trying to headbut Hardaker and Newman is terrible.
Mouthing off and as Wilkin said has no class.
Flapping his arms about at his Holroyd after he threw a diabolical pass not to mention the stupid offload giving the ball away.
If we had another centre I would drop him.
Smith another waste of space.
And I mentioned it last month but why doesn`t Connor kick the goals?
He`s not perfect but he is tons better than Miller.
Great try by Lumb, Holroyd and Hall.
Excellent cut out pass by Miller for Hall`s try.
And a mistake by Arthur taking Palasia and Watkins off at the same time.

It was an even game overall, but I thought when Leeds were patient and concentrated on being direct, we were the better team. We gifted Hull too much territory through errors, especially through our inability to defend kicks, but it was great to see us grind out a win.


It was another game where I thought we really missed a proper dummy half, JOC offers nothing from that position.  I like his aggression, but he's going to jump out of the line, he needs to make good contact.

I know I sound like a broken record but Croft offers nothing. Bag average at best. Sinfiekd is the better player, creates more and should play . I wouldn't pay Croft in washers.

Sezer was giving Newman **** all game. From Newman I suppose it's an improvement that he kept control until after the game was won.
