So it looks like Marwan CountCash wants Sneyd back for next season. No surprise there then but if their manager can't get the best out of the likes of Chase et al, they will be no better off with Sneyd in their side. Will be sorry to see him go myself as he has been outstanding for us and he would always be sure of a warm welcome back at the Jungle whoever he plays for!

Definitely helped us hit the ground running this year - let's just hope we do something bloody good this year and give him something to remember. He might come running back when he realises the club he's returning to - I have no doubt it's his dream to play for his hometown club, so even if wants to stay it's hard to detach yourself from that.

Couldn't believe the attendance for tonight's match 3,706! I am no expert in economics but surely something will have to give soon as they surely can't pay the players they have on that sort of crowd.

where would sneyd fit in there, even if smith did leave as rumour as it, there is still 4 players for 2 places.

Harris might get rid of Chase and Smith.
They were both dreadful v Wigan especially in the first half when their kicking game should have put Wigan under pressure.
Smith and Powell ran the show taking complete control in the 2nd half when Wigan took the game away from Salford. Smith and Chase were not to be seen.
Dobson and Sneyd might do well bearing in mind Salford's signings for 2015.

Never thought Chase's kicking game was the best when he played for us, hardly ever had any 40/20 kicks. It was his ball handling and trickery that made him worth watching. Like I have said previously though, if your manager can't get the best out of your players, it won't matter who you have in the halves.

The problem is that if you have Chase playing his full expansive game the other half back has to take a back seat.

So by signing two big name half backs one or both is going to end up looking average because they're not being used to their full potential.
