"I can tell you the atmosphere was extraordinary at Wheldon Road on big days. The ground held around 15,000 people, every one of them close to the action on the field and the noise would be enough to send a rumble through the town" - Malcolm Reilly "Reilly - A Life in Rugby League":d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_39793.jpg |

If you live in a country where you can get arrested for fishing without a licence, yet you can't get arrested for entering that country illegally, then you know that the country you live in is run by idiots!
"The last time Cas got a penalty against Wigan, Gail from Corrie was still on her first husband" - Mick Morgan: |

| Actual attendance was 6,404. It was the usual bad defending but good attacking play from both sides.
On another note, I thought Danny Kirmond showed what a great bloke he was at the end by also clapping the Cas fans. He was a credit to the shirt and showed his class, unlike Cockayne spitting towards us when he was sin-binned and also Lauititi who looked as out of shape as Cyril Smith.
Thought the funniest thing was Daddy Cool trying to cuddle a female Cas fan and getting told to please go away but not as politely!

| Great atmosphere today, helped by a superb turn out from Cas. The result could have gone either way, it wasn't the highest standard of rugby - but the effort and passion from both sets of players and fans show what this fixture means.
Can't believe some of your colleagues on the other forum are slagging Chase off - classiest player on the pitch by a mile.

| I would like to say that Jordan Tansey shaking Liam Keys hand after he scored the last try was a brilliant show of sportsmanship. Well done Jordan ill never forget that.

| Yes. Thank you for the turn out. And both sets of fans well behaved as far as I could see.
Don't agree about Ali out of shape though clearly he isn't a youngster but I saw him clap the Cas fans too. Both second rows are great players past and present but also great people.
Mathers Errm did a victory fist to the Cas fans which was a bit silly but I guess its an adrenaline thing.
Very entertaining game.

I hope that everything works out how you all want it as your fans have gone through so much poop in the last few years.
