when told he would improve with experience millward said something like 'maybe when he warrants keeping a place in the line up.....

Millward shouldnt of played him. its not flemings fault. Its Millwards for selecting him. Coaches error so take blame yourself!! What a complete shambles today was. A game we should have won. Our halfback partnership isnt good enough in my eyes. Defences know its all Rangi as Ellis aint good enough.

He sure knows how to be a good man manager

This is exactly the reason why certain players left, other players refused to sign for the club and the reason why the team got beat today - you can pretty much guarantee after the Hull game he spent the week belittling the players, such is his attitude.

I'll say, but par for the course with Millward!

It would be totally unfair to single any player out for criticism as, apart from Tansey (rightly picked as Cas MoM) and Huby, no-one else deserves paying for their efforts today.

Was a complete lack of urgency and enthusiasm right from the start. Both sides looked like they didn't fancy it in the heavy conditions and whilst London rectified that at halftime, Cas carried on in the same vein for the rest of the game apart from showing a bit of urgency in the last few minutes when the game had already gone.

Back to the drawing board... again!!

Millward time is up now IMO.

And there lies the problem with millward.
His man management skills are none exsistant.

Why pull a young kid down on local radio when he was only on the field 10 mins.
No wonder the players wont play for him.

Needs to go asap for the sake of our club.

I thought Jake Webster was MOM today. Strong in defense and dangerous in attack.

Webster, Huby & Owen the only players I'm willing to give credit for.

Considering the criticism Owen has had he did okay. So much so, that when Carney returns, I'd rather Owen play then Dixon..

Thought Tansey went well yesterday too.

It'll be interesting to see how this seasons new players go in 2014...as most of our squad have gone backwards under Millward i think.
