didnt Cas have pre-season army training the year we were relegated. probbly wore them out for the next 9 month.

i have just been speaking to Mr Gilmore & Mr Mason, there both enjoying life under Mr Millward & they both looked very very fit and rearing to go

Good news. Thats what I like to hear.

We went on an army training camp the first year we were in NL1.

It's a very good idea and something that Wigan did under Michael McGuire. Something different and tests their fitness and durability.

IMO its something we should be doing once a month to maintain the intensity and keep them on their toes other than the same old routine
