Ryan Shaw recently posted on Twitter"First trip over to castleford tomorrow, don't think my bodies goin to like these early get ups tho!". Warrington team mates have then wished him the best of luck on his loan deal. Nothing official yet though. I've not heard much about him other than he's a young goal-kicking centre. Opinions?

Would have thought signing a new fullback would have been higher up your priority list than a centre tbh. |

I dont really have an opinion, i dont know anything about him and never heard of him.
I've seen his profile and he looks about 12.
We deffinatly need a , i would have thought a more experianced one not a youngster.
Our first team is gonna look more like an under 20's team, we have a very young team/squad.
I'm a bit worried we are far to inexperianced for SL.

Ryan is a very tidy player. Classic centre in so much, he looks to put his winger away. He also has a good turn of pace. Due to injuries in the U20s this past season, he spent the majority of the season at stand-off.
Cas fans should be pleasantly surprised.

shaw is more than ready for super league just not had his chance yet at wire due to the people and talent infront of him.
due to injuries i expect to see him in a wire shirt this year!

This gives Ryan an opportunity to continue training full-time with a Super League squad whilst Warrington's first 25 squad is away in Australia for the next three weeks.
If Griffin and Arundell are the only specialist centres in your squad I would expect Ryan to stay with Cas for the start of the season and be in your team. At some stage he will return to Warrington and will play first team this year with us.
As an added bonus his goal-kicking has come on leaps and bounds over the last 12 months.
