A year or two ago, I would have said that he hasn't been given the chance he deserves because he needed to put a bit more meat on his bones. But he should be fine now, and I just hope that he stays and the successor to TM gives him the chance he deserves.
If we were to let him go, or under value him on the current deal being offered...I think it would come back to haunt us.
