| Quote: "With this in mind, James and I are looking at all possibilities available, including a stadium share with another club in Wakefield, the redevelopment of Belle Vue and even sharing Newmarket with Castleford, which should guarantee both clubs' future.'"
Is this guy for real, they may be looking into it, but i would be pretty sure that they will be the only ones.
At what point would Cas be even remotely interested in sharing a ground at Newmarket with Wakey, clutching at straws perhaps?
A groundshare, as unlikely as it may be will only happen if Wakey beg to play at Glasshoughton.

| Surely he means Glasshoughton not Newmarket? I have said before that Wakey are just keeping their options open by saying they would consider a share and nothing has changed.

| He hasn't got a time scale on when Newmarket would be ready, and this could lead to them losing a licence. So the solution is for them to share with us at Newmarket. How the hell does that work then? We'd both lose our franchise. Surely the only solution would be to ground share at GH, which would possibly prevent Wakey losing out on a franchise spot.

you don't have a ground at GH until you sell Wheldon Rd, which from the mouth of your own man you cannot sell at this moment in time without quoting your CEO on the whole issue, from the way things are looking it will be some time until you do, so we are both in the brown stuff unless a lot of luck falls our way, would you personally bet money that your ground will be built first if at all, because if you would then you pal are a fool because I certainly would not bet on NM been built first if at all and thats with funding in place allegedly, and fwiw by the time yours does eventually gets built in 2013 at the earliest, according to form we will be in the championhip anyway hth.

| 1. Newmarket will never be built
2. Cas have options:
B: Keepmoat Stadium for a year
C: Redevelop the PROBIZ Coliseum
3. Wakefield CAN'T redevelop Belle Vue because y'know...Ted sold it.
RW would NEVER upsticks and jump on board with fantasy stadium on green belt land because the club have spent too much money on Glasshoughton, this is just trying to win fans by Glover and a delay tactic for the RFL.
The thing is, he sounds a LOT like Ted Richardson in that statement, but the Wakey fans still love him so they haven't seen that...yet.

| With the OP on this, tell them to sod off.
However, them paying us rent is a tempting offer, if the price is (richard) right!

| Has anyone else noticed that Barnsley was not mentioned in that statement ! Is that option not on the table anymore ?
If not then the Wakey fans arguments of being in a SL standard stadium is no longer a tick on their license application.

You obviously have inside imformation to say that NM will not be built, perhaps you could give your reasons for that statement, and lets hope that what you say though does not embarass you as much as the all that propaganda you were throwing about regarding GH where by according to you, you should have been playing there already and not considering going to Donny for a couple of year or developing WR, as for your sarcasm regarding Ted selling BV its nearly as embarassing s your spin on GH or you posting in that hidious blue colour hth.

| Everyone outside of Wakefield still keep saying Cas and Wakefield should get together and build a new stadium, it was again mentioned on radio Leeds at the weekend.
If the RFL are as stupid as everyone else, then saying yes we have decided to go for a ground share and will plan to build it with fairy dust then maybe we will both guarantee our franchise.

| Newmarket has so many ostacles to overcome it would be at least 4 years before they could start a build. Thats if everything went smoothly. They would be lucky to have it ready for the next franchise in 2016.
There would only be Glover who wanted it, I hought the Wakey fans had given the Xscape ground share a big thumbs down.
