| So folks with the season nearly upon us who do you reckon is going to hit the ground running, who will be the players to watch. Let's have a really discussion about rugby and not a slagging match against Wakefield fans.
Team to beat: Warrington, got some good good players and will build on last year.
Player to watch: O'Donnell(huddersfield) massive unit and will certainly bring back some biff!
Surprise team: us or Salford I reckon both recruited well and build on last season
Rough season: Quins and Crusaders neither have recruited well
What's your opinions folks????

| Hmmm, Team to beat, Wigan, sad to say.
Player to watch, Joel Monaghan, the mix of playing with his brother, playing for redemption, new start etc will inspire.
Surprise team - Catalans.
Rough season - in perspective, I just have a feeling Bradford might miss 8th again and that will certainly be counted as rough to them. I think they have opted for quantity over quality on some of theior singings and on other positions, lots of eggs in one basket.

| Team to beat
He's mine
Team to Beat: Saints - I think a new coach will freshen things up and have made some good signings
Player to Watch: Brett Finch - excellent signing and would have loved him down at Cas
Surprise team: Cas (fingers crossed) then Hull KR
Rough season: Wakefield (sorry to say and not trying to stir)

| One possibility:
Rough season: Wakefield + surprise team: Wakefield.
It depends how the on-field team reacts to the off-field issues. And Kear is good at motivation …

| Team to beat - Wigan or Warrington
Player to watch - for me this has to be Luke Patten, quality signing
Suprise team - Salford with Patten or hopefully us!!
Rough season - tough one as I think it will be close this season but I'm oging to go with Quins or Catalans

| Team to beat: For me, it's got to be Wigan. Defending champs (need I say more?)
Player to watch: O'Donnell (with that size and drive, should be a hell of a player) or Joel Monaghan (wanting to prove himself and playing alongside his brother should make him relatively fun to watch)
Surprise team: At the risk of sounding bias...us, good recruitment, better depth than we've in a fair while...Cas to me are looking very exciting for 2011.
Rough season: Without trying to stir or anything of the sort, it Wakefield for me...in the current situation, it's difficult to see past them for this one.

| Team to beat: Wigan, closely followed by Wire.
Player to watch: too many to call this year but I hate that we are all picking Aussies and no English. Il go Lee smith at Leeds, gunna rack up plenty of tries.
Surprise team: cas or Salford.
Rough season: wakey for the simple reason of franchise and not recruited very well.

| Quote: Fully "Surprise Team
To do badly? Would it be a surprise any more for them to do well?
Team to beat: Wigan. They have the experience of winning now and their strength in depth is formidable.
Player to watch: It will be interesting to see how Willie Mason goes should he ever arrive. Will he be a star or slump off home in a sulk after a couple of months? Closer to home, I'm also interested to see how Rangi Chase will fare with, hopefully, a steady reliable partner alongside him for the season in Danny Orr.
Surprise team: Salford & Cas are very reliant on keeping their best 17 fit and on the field. Either could struggle with a couple of injuries. I can see the Catalans having a good year.
Rough season: All fingers point to Wakefield, John Kear's got a heck of a task on his hands.

| Team to Beat: Wigan, good squad made even better with the new signings
Player to watch: without sounding bias ide have to say Willie Isa, fairly unknown player (bit like rangi) so dont really know what to expect. Similarly i feel Richie Myler will have a good season this year with the quality around as to with Finch at Wigan
Suprise Team: Probably between us, Salford and Catalans, all three teams have recruited well and brought in some good players
Rough Season: Between Harlequins, Wakey and 'saders really, be intersting to see how cru deal with the -4 point start. As for the other two i feel it will be a long season for them.

46042.jpg [quote="Bonzo":23qz4bj5]Corrected.
Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. [i:23qz4bj5]Who needs flankers[/i:23qz4bj5]' grammar was actually correct.
HTH.

To do well. I still don't think I've reached their potential yet and I'm quite tempted to tip them for a CC final victory or GF appearance.

| Team to beat - Without a doubt, Wigan Warriors. I'm quite sure they are going to win the league and cup this year, They appear to have recruited very well and play the right kind of rugby. They will kick on from last year and scoop the lot IMO
Player to watch - On a personal note, Joe Arundel is in for a massive year, He will be giving the England selectors a nudge come the end of the season, With a view to building on it next year. And the same will be said for Jonathan Walker. For the rest of Super League, I think Luke Pattern as has already been said is an amazing signing for Salford.
Suprise team - I think Cas, Will shock a few, Most predict us for a 10-12th finish, But i am rather sure we will be placed 6th-8th, Also Salford are the team everyone may think can do well. If their experienced players keep fit maybe, But i arent so sure they can.
Rough season - For certain reasons, One stated above, Salford. But the more rough seasons will be had by Wakefield, Who are nailed on IMO to finish 14th, Crusaders will also struggle i think.
