However, he does meet the criteria to REPRESENT England. Seriously, it's been explained often enough.
It doesn't make you racist, you are entitled to the belief that only natural Englishmen should play for England, but non-Englishmen have been playing for England for years and years, Chase is not the first and will not be the last.

Hmmmm. What about those born abroad but who move to England very early in life? Their only memory is of living in England but they are not allowed to play for the country where they have grown up? Is that what you are saying?
