I thought it was rubbish when it all first aired back in December 2011.. Harrison and Myler were room mates so it was a plausible story.

but to be Fair Myler was already with Helen skelton and the rumour was Myler was the naughty boy. which never made sense to me as Harrison is twice mylers size and would no doubt hurt him very hard. however that said Ben's missus is a tidy piece.....so again very plausible....

there were rumours very quickly that Myler was sacked because of it and also of a general Camp in turmoil and fighting players rumours etc etc.... but he played soon after the rumours surfaced in a pre season box day friendly and then also signed a contract extension........

so it was most likely utter rubbish

You are so fortunate to have DP as your coach. He has created a fantastic culture where the players appear to perform week on week giving 100%. Anyone who is responsible for damaging that culture significantly will be gone. #obvious

I can't help but think that publically announcing you've suspended probably your best player yet not saying why seems to just create unwanted attention.

They could have just not picked him or said he had a knock. Announcing what they did just brings it to public attention, something I doubt any party wanted.

It's a small game Rugby League... A lot of people knew about it anyway so wouldn't have taken long for "got a knock" line to be squashed. Until an internal investigation is complete the club has done right not to say.

Carney had a last drink with some of the team, Carney is definitely gone. Hull fc and Salford are in talks with regards to a contract. Will be announced when the deal is done.
