No one will give you a start without some experience. It's all reputation driven.
If its your 1st coaching role you need to coach or assist an 'A' team, lower level 1st team or ideally a youth team, Under 16 to under 18 side.
You will learn far more, far quicker at this level about the game, players, yourself and the magical world of RL coaching.
Should you survive this for any sustained period, you have passed the 1st test.
At amateur level, man-management, judgment and integrity are far superior assets to acquire than skills coaching or RL knowledge.
If you watch Cas in the summer you will probably want to coach in winter (Sept - April / May) so that leaves the Pennine League
