played fev twice this season, won 36 - 10 and drew 28 - 28, so well done to mr millward, plus only lost by six points v catalans in challenge cup, not bad either.

It will be the most interesting development of next year, to see how he does. I expect very well or very badly.
If you take away his three bad months at Wigan, his record is very good. But does it amount to not much more than taking on a winning side, Saints, at a time when the other big guns were underperforming, and then doing okay with a part-time squad? I just wonder whether the top flight has moved on a bit, with the likes of McGuire, Trent Robinson and Nathan Brown leading with modern coaching methods, which is probably why Gentle is being touted as the next big thing.

You have not even kicked a ball and some of the cas fans want rid,
Look what he has done with Leigh,in crap circumstances.

Apparently on the Sky commentary last night it said the Leigh half back Ridyard was leaving at the end of the season, I wonder if Millward is bringing him down the lane.

The fact that some , not all ! Seem to think this man is a bad coach would sugest that either they have not looked at his record or just choose to ignore it , and for other reasons do not want.
Any one of the reasons above say to me they don't deserve him. Youre not a top Sl side yet and yep it could go teets up ,that's sport. My prediction is he will take to a top 4 slot in 2 years.
