They were happy to be paid that amount when they signed the contract. I work harder than some people at my company and get paid a lot less. Thats just life. If they don't like it they should get another job. Simple as that.

The thing is they are not fit to wear the shirt.

I dont often post but to me there are two problems at Cas
1. The disproprtionate salaries given to our "star" players for their contribution to the team, leaving less money available to buy good squad players. This situation almost certainly causes resentment among the ranks.
2. The general poor level of fitness of the players in that they cannot last 80 minute, shown by the regular 2nd half capitulations.

Every team, be they football, RL, basketball, cricket etc. will have some players getting paid more than other players, do you think John O'Shea is on the same whack as Rooney? Do you see Man Utd. playing poorly because of this?

The players signed their contracts and if they are not happy with the terms, then they shouldn't have signed, simples.
