I don't want Boyle to leave, especially for him to be replaced with the likes of Jackson but sometimes you've got to accept a winning coach knows better than us punters just what he needs to win even more games. At a club like ours that inevitably means being tight on wages and without knowing what Ryan is asking for it's impossible to say whether he should be re-signed at the expense of other signings. Granted, some of us suspect the money going to a few of our top earners could have been spread out a bit more and that could be an area where TM has been guilty of misjudgement. But give the guy a break, he's hardly long in the tooth as far as the coaching business is concerned.

Ryan Boyle has been on the same wage for the last two years and has been offered to stay for the same wage for the next two years, its not about him demanding more money he just wants to have his chance to prove his worth he has been told hes not allowed to talk to any other clubs and he has a deadline of next week to sign the contract with cas, it seems to me this is why ryan may have been dropped after the Bradford game where he had a good game because cas want to keep him on the cheap and keep other clubs from becoming interested, but he has to think of his future does he still want to be playing reserves in two yrs time which is what will happen if he stays at cas, so really he has nothing to lose in leaving…
