Call me crazy but isn't the St Helens game a great way for Fax to make some money - they don't seem to be cashing in on our first CC Semi Final since 1988 - where's the polo shirts , scarves etc - for me its the big highlight of the season might be 30 years before it happens again!!!

Normally a big fan of merch but game specific for this one doesn't appeal doue to the expected slaughter.Bit like trying to sell the 42 0 Fev bash shirts at PO road...

That polo shirts as dull as dishwater. Whats wrong with some plain cheap t shirts with fax logo and #spiritof87 on it or some ref to that game and the fact we beat saints. Knock em out for £10-£15, none of this £30 bollox. It's not rocket science.

I disagree. Going on about 87 takes away from the lads that have got us to the semi-final. It's about Halifax RLFC not St Helens. Good quality, embroidered badges are what people want. Up The Fax!

No it doesn't, it's about the fact we are playing the same team we beat in that final. Nothing wrong with bringing history into it. Best cancel the sport as we know it then. TBH I have no clue what the club are going to do for merch for the semi but if that polo shirt is it oh dear! I suspect it's not, still a month to go yet. Oh and #spiritof87 simply re-affirms the same feeling now we had then, backs to the wall, up against it situation that nobody gave us a chance of winning yet they did. Perfect for this game if you ask me.

Just seen that polo shirt is £28. Not much cheaper then a replica top. T-shirts around £10 to £15 for the semi final would fly off the shelves. It's a one off probably won't happen again for a while game. People will splash out on cheap tat bit not £30 for a polo shirt. Yes the badge is nice like that but £28 is a lot.

Cmon Pete, I agree with Waddy, they do look like summation Delboy would sell.A blue and white stripe design of some sort would have been much better.

Watching saints last night, remained me of the hammering we got 64 -0 at their place,as much as would love to see Fax cause an upset, not on current form.

Could have done with ironing before hanging up for me. Not rocket science is it.
