I don't expect the away area is sold out - the tickets will be allocate to Halifax to sell.

Which means realistically no discount available for us, albeit if you buy via Fax I think they get the 25%. These buy online, print at home tickets, are a great idea (it's not convenient for everyone to get down to the Shay during the week). If I read correctly, £23 if you turn up on the day without a ticket (£20 if bought in advance, or £15 if you could use the discount code).

Probably defaults to say 'away allocation sold out'. That just allows them to block away fans from cashing in on the offer and keeping it for home fans only.
Can get the tickets from Fax office, but I bet they aren't 25% off original cost. Still the best way to buy them though, as Fax at least get a cut of the takings.
