Plus, advantage full time team playing Friday evening after our boys have been at work. Should have been made to switch to The Shay on the Sunday. Joke |

Our Sheffield correspondent Griff has confirmed that Friday night suites the sponsors better than a weekend fixture.
As they rely on sponsorship money more than supporters they care little about spectators wether their own or more loyal fans from other clubs who will find it difficult to get there.
This my friends is a club that is going full time, has no interest in the paying public be it venue or time.
Again I ask what is the point of Sheffeeald Eagles?
No disrespect intended.

Of course they have, the RFL will never step in the way of any thing that stops their "preferred" team getting into Super League.

This fixture change doesn't affect me as much as many others as I get fridays off and will make a night of it but poor do for our first away game of the season that lots of fax fans won't be able to make it.

How has it only just come to light that the ground/stadium is booked for use by the university? The fixture list was released on the 18 October 2015, that's 3 MONTHS ago!!! Ineptitude of the highest order!!!
