According to their web-site rlhttp://www.hullkr.co.uk/tickets/prices1rl those are "advance" ticket prices, and they increase by £2 on match-day.
For my son, who's 17, the price will go up from £16.50 to £25 if we don't buy a ticket in advance (this is for anyone under 21). Under 16's are £15 on match-day.
