He has improved players, we have confidence, I salute you Sir!! What a diamond.
Players are clearly playing for themselves, the team, the Club, The Fans.

I still think we are missing Harrison's guile.

I always felt last season that we had some class players but the coaching was dross. What a difference a decent coach has made in terms of fitness, skills and confidence. Cracking team

Credit for recent performances must go to Richard and his coaching staff. The wins against Fev, Rams and Bronco's which were all away have been brilliant with agg scores 136-58.
The players have bought into his coaching style and the results are coming now.
Three more wins should see us finish 4th at least and into middle 8's

Totally agree with everyone above. Richard has shown his ability to be a head coach. Well BoD for having the confidence to sign him. And well done Richard for putting together a top coaching team and getting our players playing the type of rugby us Fax fans love to watch and WINNING !the fans haven't felt this positive in years.

One of my biggest complaints over Harrison was that we had players with obvious talent, they had shown it for other clubs and Fax, but he never seemed to improve players or have players playing in top form. Fast forward to this year and look at our players, obviously we have some new ones so its hard to say with those but they do seem to have got better as the year has gone along but the likes of Potts, Heaton, Tyrer, Johnston, Kaye etc who at times struggled under Harrison have all been playing out of their skin and then others like Murrell, Manning, Divorty, Saxton who we all knew as top players seem to have got even better.

The coaching team deserve a lot of credit as do the BOD they just need the backing of more people afterall the type of rugby we are playing deserves it.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I'd be watching a Halifax team play RL like that again.

I can't praise the BOD, the gaffer, his staff and the players enough.......that was something else last night.

Keep playing like that, get into the top four Mr Steele's only complaint will be the cost of stewarding.

I agree with all the above and would add that the bring a mate to watch issue is now worth doing as win lose or draw we are now playing some proper rugby and starting to generate a real buzz on the field. The players look as though they have had the weight of the world lifted from their shoulders and our fitness has improved dramatically this season. That result yesterday was effectively £500k's worth of more funding for London than us from last season yet we just blew them away. Awesome.

Getting the crowds back will not happen overnight but they will grow steadily if we continue to perform the way we are doing at the moment consistently match after match. The problem has been in recent years that we would put in a couple of good performances, drag a few friends to the next game by telling them how well they are playing and they would then put in a dire performance. Result - friends don't come again.

We have now not only beaten but beaten convincingly 3 of our main rivals for the top 4 in the last few weeks. Lets hope we make it 4 next week!

It's an old adage but maybe we really are peaking at the business end of the season for once. When did we last do that?

Got to echo all of these comments and sentiments - the way some of the lads ran in to try get the 50 up was a JOY to behold. The 40/20 that Muzza put in absolutely delighted Richard Moore and you could see it from the massive grin and that he RAN over to thank Scott. Awesome.

So difficult to put down ALL the positives from the game as there we SO MANY.

Absolutely buzzing today.

He just needs to acknowledge the crowd when they sing his name and we then have the perfect coach...
