Just wondered what were the views from our fans on who should be our Fullback this season. I dont think any of the players likely to be considered are the finished article but i personally would go for Fieldhouse as he is big and strong and comes into the line of attack very well but needs to work a little on his defensive position at times. What do you all think?

Nothing wrong with the three named players but i'm gonna vote "other".
I still fancy myself chiming into the line at pace and going over stood still centres to score, smashing the odd bomb & linking up off Penky's shoulder coming out of dummy half against lazy props back peddling onside.

Fieldhouse is the best of the three listed by, dare I say it, a country mile.

Has to be Fieldhouse by a mile. His defence is good, is handling is good and his try today was hopefully the first of many similair. That try reminded me of Royston a bit.
Personally I don't think White is big enough to play there and although he is a great player I wouldn't want to rely on him as our last line of defence if he had a big prop charging at him.
I think its too early to judge Heaton, he hasn't really had a real chance there but I'm sure he'll impress.
What about Reittie? Could he not play full back aswell?
Not really a bad thing to have this selection choice is it?

Fieldhouse for FB so White can play wing

None of them have impressed me that much when they have played there. Yes Fieldhouse did really well yesterday but the quality of the opposition was very poor so its really hard to judge because when we have played half decent opposition all 3 have looked out of their depth imo. I think is a position we have a problem in this season but i hope im wrong.

James has played Fb, on afew occasions.

Heaton did well at centre too, put some great defensive shots on.... when MN comes back he wont get a look in though.

picking up on twiiter nanyn could be having knee surgery plus you need a strong defender out there with thackery so patterson probley your best bet at right centre from what i can remember of him,dont no anything about heaton tho so cant judge
