| Manning would be a great signing for Fax, the guy runs his blood to water. Some terrible efforts yesterday, OK some might not have been offered contracts which may have led to their lazy assed performances, but you would have thought they would have been professional enough to have at least bend their backs and make an effort for the fans who paid to watch them. Not naming names but at least 4 forwards should be told to FO and I'd be surprised if any pending "suitors" would take them on if they watched a video of yesterday's match.

| People say that the £400k cap advantage helped us to win the GF last year. I think also the two year contracts that were in place helped. I hate this fannying around whilst the play-offs are on. It's ludicrous and distracting.

Spot on, a trophy to win/defend, a job doing something they love. The boys let themselves down hugely yesterday.
Bring on the charge of the Rhino.

Yep, Rhino being a forward knows what a forward is all about. The best forward we had yesterday was Cherryholme who, if he don't mind me saying, lacks "natural" quality and that "punch" which hurts the opposition (aka Azuie) but never lacks effort and gave his all ....... abit like Ben Beevers used to be. Rhino will get a pack of forwards who will work their naks off, just like the great man himself. He must have grimaced watching that spineless bag of spanners yesterday. If he was there, that is. (Was he?).

| Manning is a grafter who lacks a bit of flair but is solid and dependable. I was sad to see him go last season, but he wasn't getting game time as the forwards we had were just a little bit better. Good lad though.

What? Two players? There's more eyes on a Widnes fish. The only decks that have been cleared around here is the Widnes one - for obvious reasons.

| Dane has been excellent for us all season, both in attack and defence. Strong, fit and hits hard.
As the season progressed looked alot more dangerous too with ball in hand.
Could have a very bright future in the game.
Disappointing for us but great capture for you guys.
Wonder who the next one will be to follow Rhino!

Not sure on who is next Smokey and wether he is available or not Hesketh always seems to stand out the few times I have seen him play.
I think Kear coming will make a few think twice about moving on.

Hopefully FC. Handforth and Manning were no real surprise in all honesty.
In Manning youve got someone who could possibly play at SL level in the future.
I'd be happy with Aizue from you guys if the rumours are true. A real top quality prop who would add bulk and impact. I'd be surprised if Rhino wanted to let him go though, especially considering how well he played last season.
Hesketh was absolutely excellent in 2010, but quite mixed last season. He seemed to have put on a bit of weight in the off season (maybe down to an injury and an enforced lay off from the gym/training) which he never managed to shift. As a result he didnt have quite the same impact, despite some excellent spurts, or manage as much game time.
Get him 100% and he's a cracking player at this level though. Would be happy to keep him for another year.

| Dane was part of the side the successful Fev side last year, in which he was a very consistent and steady away performer. I was surprised we let him go.
However he's gone on to improve under Karl at Batley and i'm sure he's up for young player of the year?
He would make a good signing and I assume he's going to replace Same Barlow?
