I am really excited by this fella.

I couldn't fault any of his decision making today.

His distribution looks top notch, great timed pass for the Haley try.

Kicking game was complete, he split the full back and winger every time and got good distance followed by chase.

I see nothing in Branighan that Danny hasn't got, if anything DJ has more pace.

Blacky and DJ with 1st choice pack will be a mouth watering prospect.....

i spoke to danny after the game and he wasnt happy one bit with his own performance and to be honest bar setting the try up i thought his passing at times wasnt the best.also he didnt find touch with the penelty kick which if looks could kill penky wasnt a happy man.i thought chandler ran hard and could be a good player 4 us this term.with no impact props to take us fwd at times we tried to run round them and in those conditions youve no chance but all in all a good run out

Danny has come back from Keighley 10 times the player he was when he left. He has got to be one of the top halves in this division. If him and Blacky click then there are some exciting times ahead

his passing seemed to be poor due to the wet muddy ball at times. i think it was a cunning plan to keep the biggest props fax have in the stand resting.

Gald to hear Danny is honest as he looked very rusty but as I put eslewhere he will get better.

Did ok for first run out in an unfamiliar side in crap conditions behind a lightweight pack.

from what ive seen off Chandler think i would be putting him in that squad, this guy looks like he could be a class act, i know he is one for the future but he does look good, a very good signing yet again by matt and martin hall

agree he looks good over the last two matches, which is even better as calland said he was one for the future. must be very near future.

I knew i was missing a centre, mind just went balnk when trying to think of him.

Chandler is quality, we had him last season at Oldham and he is class. Has to be in your 17. When Calland signed him, he suggested he saw him as a prop, wrong! Second Rower, can be a devastating wide runner, took teams apart last season.

All the Oldham fans wish him well and just wish we could have retained him. If he isn't catching we will gladly take him back.

definitely right, I saw him up close at Batley (no chance at Odsal!) and he's not the size of a prop, he'll get burnt out quickly in that position.

has said himself that he needs to bulk up lots before being a prop. but liked what seen of him so far.
