Nah, the Premier League have no legal right whatsoever to tell Dave Whelan and Hull Council what they can do with their stadiums. Its just mid table teams trying to come up with reasons for loosing.

Doubt there is much the premiership could do legally as both Hull and Wigan have long running contracts to use the Stadium. And why no mention of Reading who have London Irish playing there as well?

will not happen well i dont think.
plus the Halifax clubs might slip under the radar as, the rugby isnt in the top league so the rfl couldnt care less and the football is currently wrongfully playing sunday league with the tinpot football clubs.
both will continue to use the shay. for many years to come

Its not a naff article, Clubs need to do more to protect pitches. More indepth analysis also shows ground sharing like the San Siro has had problems in the past too, it opens up a wider debate.
