| Sorry for delay this week but awaiting details of arrangements for Sunday.
Firstly we will get last Sunday out of the way.
The Man of the Match awards for Southdale Bar was 1st with 3 points Rob Worrincy. 2nd with 2 points Frank Watene and 3rd with 1 point, Luke Branighan.
Points to date are Worrincy on 6, Watene on 5, Royston on 4 and Branighan on 3.
Ben Black was the guest player in the bar. Well done to Ben which was a difficult ask with all the disappointment with the result. He was honest in his assessment but promised we would be back on track next week. Makali Aizue also came in and did the raffle draw.
Bob Beswick won the Hitman award sponsored by the Players Association.
Golden Gamble winning number was 2264 with a prize of £200.
The first 2 draws will be made for Club 1873 at the Leigh game. The supporters will still run from the Southdale bar. Before the game however only supporters in the South Stand can use this bar along with Skircoat Stand season ticket holders who are allowed to transfer. After the game all supporters can use the Southdale bar where I will continue to run the raffles, Club 1873,player interviews and away travel bookings. I will at some point before the game be in the public bar at the back of the East Stand to announce the teams, if Pa system available and be available for any supporters who are not able to go in the Southdale bar after the game. Full details of arrangements for Sunday have been announced by the Club. Also EMC have confirmed beer in the Southdale Bar will be 10p per pint cheaper than the East Stand.

| East stand prices will be the normal prices. South stand bar will be a 10p discount to attract people to go. Not paying more, just the normal rate. Simples.

| Was told by more than 1 member of bar staff in South stand bar last sunday that prices were going up on tuesday but that they would be cheaper than in new stand This is despite Town fans being told at a meeting last week that South stand bar prices would NOT be going up.Sounds like a case of left hand not knowing what right hand charging.

| Sorry I have been away and only got chance to chase up on things today.
The price of beer in the East Stand will be £3.00 and lager £3.10.
As Southdale Lounge will be 10p cheaper it will be £2.90 and £3 respectively.
I realize supporters will be disappointed but having visted most new stadiums this seems to be the going rate. I did argue the case that we were not getting anything new in the Southdale Lounge as they wanted to charge the same all around the ground. They did eventually relent but 10p cheaper was the best they came up with.
EMC do however appear to want to accommodate us and will try and work with us. Let us see how things go. It was always going to be the case that things would not be the same. Maybe when they see what business the rugby brings in we will be able to bargain on certain things excluding beer prices though. We have certainly never had the facilties the East Stand brings us but has to be paid for.
