I thought he'd had the operaton thats why he was on crutches at grand final, if he hasn't had the operation why? how longs it been 3 or 4 months since the accident he could have been well on the way to full fitnee by xmas but its gonna be another 6 or 7 months from now. you can get on national health quicker than that

Not sure if its correct in Miles's case but a mate of mine had a reconstruction and he had it in 3 different operations, after each one he had a recouperation time in between so maybe its not so simple ?

Jon Goddard is probable one of the best Centres in the league who didnt have his best season last year but is still awsome and when he is on form is unstoppable.

Shad well Shad will be out to make the number one spot his own with Miles out for a bit will be difficult for Calland to switch Shad back to Loose Forward or somewhere else if he has 15 or more tries by the time Miles is back.

Penky will be awsome this year playing in his favourate role playing behind a pack that is gonna win a lot of battles this year.

My lad had a knee reconstruction two years ago. It was done privately at Elland a few weeks after he did it and cost £5000. Presumably Miles hasn't got any private medical insurance and the club can't afford it.

It took seven months of physio before the specialist cleared him to play rugby again.
