Completely agree - preassure is now off us. We have ticked the SL box and can go back to playing with a smile on our faces and thats when we are at our most dangerous.
All the pressure on Des Jonstones Barrow. Infact im suprised he hasnt changed the team name to "Des's Jonstones Barrow Raiders". |

I would think any prize money will probably be irrelevant seen as though most of it if not all will be swallowed up by bonuses.

At the time....you know what I can't be bothered. At least our coach picks the team and shows faith instead of booting people out on their haunches.

What have you won so far this year..... Oh, the same as us!!!!
Nowt.
I think there is the same amount of pressure on both teams / coaches as we really both want the cudos of being the championship champions (mouth full).
I just hope its a great game and both teams turn up and play to their best, then we will see who comes out on top.

The only tears Faxs fans will be shedding will be due to joy!! Can't wait to see Des berrating the side "he" has put together for failing at the last hurdle. Only pressure fax had this year was ticking the box for SL. now that's done we can play stress free football and we all know how dangerous Fax are when they are playing like that.

The league leader shield (accepted by your Chairman / coach / administrator / kit washer / team selector etc) Des Johnstone will mean absolutely diddly squat if we take the spoils on Sunday.......
So we have won the fairplay league and you have won the league leaders sheild... Its one each... Best of three then. |
