can't say it's come as a surprise. in a way i'm glad because i don't like going to their ground. just hope Gateshead go down too as that is another horrible ground and away trip.

So where is the assisstance from the RFL when it is needed?They help London and Celtic but leave the championship clubs to struggle and then penalise them.I f championship clubs continue to struggle and fold where will the SL teams get all their players from.Oh that someone in RFL could see beyond SL and sky.

| So come on then Nigel Wood where is the help for Doncaster ? A good traditional Rugby League club that has hit hard times ! What do the Rugby League do to help them ? They doc them 9 points !!! Well done !!! The game is run by Muppets and it makes me sick. If it had been Celtic , Quins or Toulose on the other hand ?????  |

I think you will find that, this year, if Celts or Quins had gone into administration then they would certainly have been docked the 9 points. If only because they cannot be relegated.... |

Disgraceful treatment by the RFL. They need to dock the points, yes, but shouldn't they be helping them out as well? Maybe that's just reserved for super league's uber pets, eh?
Every turn taken the RFL's desires become more and more apparent - a governng body with only the interests of the professional part of the game in mind.
