i to be fair would put widnes ahead of us as favourites now, hate to say it,

but i think we all realise how important the haven game is gonna be for the rest of our season and out title hopes!!

just hope MC and MH can turn this blip into a turning point, as i feel we need 1 BIG STYLE! we need to increase confidence 10fold going into the playoffs, or we stand very little chance in the big games

I agree - we've prooved we can beat anyone on a one-off basis, but all of the slip ups earlier in the season may still catch up with us. I think its still possible that we could win all of our remaining games and still finish outside the top 2. Its not impossible to win it outside the top 2 but I don't think any championship club has ever won the play-offs from outside the top 2 and in SL its only ever happened once.

If we win all of our remaining games and finish in the top 2, we may just about deserve to be favourites.

For all the moans and groans about the Grand Final system, and the danger that the perceived best team (ie the one finishing top) doesn't win .... then this system is "fool proof" in my eyes in that it sorts the bottlers out. A team that finishes top but fails to reach the GF definitely aren't the best team, same but less so with the 2nd placed team. Ingenius system, I fully support it.

Always believed that its just about money. Off course the team finishing top at the end of the regular season is the best. Its a crock.

I couldnt agree more. The team who wins the grand final is the team who is best at the end of the season, the team who has managed to obtain a good few loan signings, and a team who has got a full squad to pick from.

That said, it is here, and here to stay, so I want Halifax to win.

bookie still have faith in us even if fans dont.

Haven at 25/1 look like a decent gamblers punt.

We are by no means favorites but 25/1 is a steal.

Toulouse look poorly priced at 16/1, unless the bookies know something we dont ?

Doesnt look like Sky Bet and Will Hill are taking bets on our division any more, unless they're just revising the odds?
