On the first half performance, the only points given out should be to 'Son of Seanfax'.

He was the only person doing anything in the whole Fax setup.............If you don't know.......... he is the lad carrying the Tee for the kick-offs and we had plenty of them to do in the first 40.

Second half

3 - Gleese - tried his heart out and made things happen

2 - Penky - same reason as Gleese

1 - Frankie - his usual big effort and laid a platform for the rest to operate.


I feel the Fax style of play is being stifled by the opposition with slowing us down at the play the balls with lots of unpunished roughing up and messing around. If the refs let this happen as they currently are doing, I think our main weapon which is our quick plays and speed is being taken from us and we will continue to struggle.

I'd go with that too.

Big Franks workload in the second half was a major factor in the come back.



I'd agree that we are being slowed down. It seems that ever since the fev game which on tv. They used it that night and ever team is using it now. We either need stronger refs or find a game plan to use when teams are doing it.

Why did the Ref not sin bin one of them second half as the penalties started to mount up??
He did not even talk to their captain.
Which game was it where we had a man sin binned after about 25 minutes after only 2 or 3 offences???

Why did'nt we get anyone sin-binned against Widnes in the first half then?You can't have it just one way.
