Why do 15,000 people care about the library being bulldozed in Halifax and only 1500 care about supporting the best sport team in Halifax? We get 10% of this....I well and truly am baffled about why people don't give us a go.

Maybe it could be like the local elections and some imposter voting under someone else's name, you know, just sign this for us mate.....

Its probably not right to connect the two as the library is an excellent source of interest for many people such as students, OAP`s and general hobbyists who like reading that might not have any interest in sport.

I believe that the problem for the club is our location. We are surrounded by bigger towns and cities that tap into our resources. Why is our town full of people wearing Man utd shirts and Leeds utd shirts?....you would never get anyone from leeds wearing another towns shirt etc.....people are just fickle for success but they pay their money and make their choice.

All we can do as fans is teach our youth of the importance of your home town whether it be rugby league, football or whatever. I suppose im guilty of putting Halifax shirts on my nephews but i would rather that than any other town or club.

Cos this town is run and always dictated to by old gits, they don't want any change so we have to live in the past. Like a very 1980s library.
They have more time (and money) than us workers so they can sign petitions like this.
