I think we really need to get it together again now because the next 2 matches against Leigh and Barrow are massive to the season.
If we play against either team like we did against Donny tonight and Sheffield on sunday we could lose both games and getting knocked out of the NR cup would be a disaster in terms of gaining new supporters that we desperatly need to push the club forward and eventually into super league. There is nothing like a cup final to get a town buzzing and getting people behind the club.
Hopefully the 2 week rest the team can now have will enable them to recharge the batteries and kickstart the season again and start hitting the straps that we all know they are capable of.

I think this 2 week break will help to iron a few things out and freshen things up.

Sure we played badly but at least we still won, sign of a good team that plays badly and wins.

We were on a hiding to nothing with this game, we score 60-70 points and everyone says how bad Donny are, we win like we did and everyone says how bad we are.

players need break, know few having holidays during the next week and will recharge their batteries and come back rested for the two big games.

some of them already looked like they were on holiday phycologoly.

we won though that is the main thing defence only conceded 4 points attack still scored 36 playing badly. we can build on this.

Just what we need really, a break and two hard games that we must be focused for.

We need to kick Leigh back over the boarder and out of the comp, but we also need to stick it to the six finger brigade who are breathing down our necks. The Leigh game we can win by a point, but I feel we need to stop 'invincible Barrow we're going to SL' getting a BP.

The rest as come at the perfect time for us as The Cas game took alot out of us and I know we had a week to recover but the speed and I feel intensity in the game was too much for a part time team to recover from in that space of time. Lets kick on after the break and reach the semis of the Northern rail cup and give Carlise, Barrow Braves, border raiders (it doesnt matter what their name is) a good hiding.

Yeh but that did not stop them merging did it Barrow braves merged with Carlise and was then called Barrow Border Raiders which they have now droped to just Barrow Raiders.
