So, was it a sending off? I was turned away when it happened (wenger or what?) and didn't see it. What exactly did he do? Hicks' signal was a quite dramatic (stood up) kicking action.

I was sat in line with it & all I saw Miles do was kick his legs out like all players do in the tackle.

You could see how shocked the players were (inc the oppos) no one except Hicks saw anything,inc the tj who was closest to it.

Didn't see it, nobody (inculding the few dons fans saw it.. who knows?

I was watching from the South Stand and didn't see anything out of the ordinary happen.

Was anyone nearer to the incident who got a good look?

It looked to me that he was trying to get up and flicked his leg out - The key word there is "flicked" the way Hicks signaled it was as if Miles had tried to kick someones head off.

Wasn't a sending off...must have been trying to make up for not seeing the ball knocked out of Reittie's hand at the end of the first half




Although it has to be said in both cases his touch judges didn't seem to agree

if he had connected with the kick it would have been very nasty sin binning at most, big up to dave larder for his comedy falls

He'll hopefully get it recinded or sending off sufficient at worst. Obviously we don't want our players getting sending off but if ever theres a good time to have somebody sent off that was it.

And it wasn't even directed at the ref as claimed, I think it turned out Penky was miffed at himself for a knock on.

Penky was also sent off by Robert Hicks.He claimed Penky had sworn at him!Why Penky would waste his breath doing that is beyond me.

Im sure looking at Hicks & also by the way he ref's it wont have been the 1st time he'd been sworn at!

If we all got sent off for swearing at Hicks the dugout would be empty.....

Any idea when Miles may be up before the panel (if he's found to have a case to answer) arent they usually on either the following Tuesday or Wednesday night?
