Has been offered the chance to go to Barrow on loan, but didnt want to go this shows that Wigan dont want him do you think we should go in for him?

Would like to think he's holding out for us making him an offer. Think he lives in Oldham so were also a bit closer to home for him than Barrow.

Apparently Wigan have offered a number of players to Barrow on loan deals this week, not sure if any have actually gone yet

Having seen Bowman play tonight and looking at all of our other backrowers, I feel we're OK. I would only go for him if he would be permanant or on loan on a cheapish deal.

Mossop is a Cumbrian lad so he hasn't much travelling to do. The other 2 turned the move down due to logistics and travelling I believe.

You are cumbrian so would say that . Mossop is a haven lad. Flanngan was with us last year and is from Yorkshire so I would presume he would want a Yorksire club.... Good luck to barrow and the way they are going about recruiting and the pat wiesner school of of paying players and keeping under the salary cap.

Do I detect a little envy in your little quip about Fat Weisner and our recruiting ? Have a think about the 3 Fijians who never came - that will explain why Barrow still have room under the Cap and the fact a large percentage of our Squad are local lads who wont be on mega bucks. Oh dear Mr Vickers. How embarrassing. Word of advice - think before posting sanctimonious "facts". Matchday PA said we were the only UNBEATEN RL team left on the planet - which is indeed correct.
