just because they've won doesn't mean its all happy days again though tbh. Its good weve won its an important result but its a disapointing 2nd halfcolllapse. lets put it behind us and put a decent peformance in v leigh. We need to get fans back interested because overwise we'll be overrun with bulls fans which could be sickening

its a good trip but I unfortunately can't see them surviving more than five more years unless some outrageous idea to put them strait into SL happens, hmmmm

against HKR and first two NRC games he was running onto the ball at speed and looked like SL player, at sheff he strolled up to their defence.

Ffs get your act together man. The lads have been underperforming and low on confidence and its not an ideal trip to be making 2 weeks after the last time having faced much criticism. Vital win secured tonight, that hopefully will lead to improvement starting next week. With regards the second half collapse, i actually find this encouraging as it would suggest to me that fitness is something that needs working on, which will come with games under our belt. Of course there is no excuse for them being unfit but its an easier problem to correct than being untalented.

Phew, that was a big win for us for many reasons.
First it was a win when we have been losing and badly.
Second it was the NRC quarter final so we are now in the semis and one win away from another Final, you never know!
Third, it gives us hopefully some confidence before two hard games and maybe we can kick on now and if not beat Leigh give them a hard game plus the Bradford cup match is looming and we need to get some faith back for the fans.

How you have the patience to respond to all this complete tripe that people post is beyond me. Respect!

I am not happy because we let a very poor Toulouse side back into the game from 30-4 up plus on paper I cant see how anyone in the league is better than us look at Leigh they have Andy Gorski nuff said.

Ah yes - on paper - where rugby league is played week in week out. You need a reality check this season. I'm thinking top four at best for Fax - hopefully making the playoffs.

We need to get some confidence back in the team and yesterday's win is a start. Confidence breeds success and if we can get a roll on then we should shunt up the table in the next two months. It's going to be a tough struggle this year with Leigh the stand out favourites at the moment.

Whether the second half performance was poor or not we really shouldn't be following a Fax win with calls for players to be sacked.

Forever blue by the sounds of it.

Feelings are running a little high at the moment and I do understand where FBAW is coming from!! At the moment though I will take any win as I couldn't see where the next one was coming from. Neil (FBAW) and his twin is a true Fax fan and like everyone is entitled to an opinion. I didn't go to France so will take it we just didn't have the killer instinct in the 2nd half with what was as I gather a patched up side. We're in the semis where anything can happen and reaching for some Blackpool rock!!!! - let's just lay off the personal stuff eh? We all want the same thing and don't like to see another fan being called pathetic whatever your view.

A wins a win. Little nervous in the second half though. As an added bonus its the first time i have backed us to win with the bookies with a 6 point start as i truly believed we would hammer them after recent performances. Whats everyone so down about? We are in the semi final and as long as we can avoid Fev and Leigh we could have a chance of reaching one of only 2 finals we really play for. Thats no disrespect to Dewsbury and Batley but i think were a bit short of Fev at the moment and Leigh are on a different planet to everyone at the minute.

what's with the complaints ?

Fax played really well in the first half,outplaying a poorly organised TO team out of the game in 30°C ! TO played in to the sun in the first half and Fax took full advantage with some excellent play.
Great credit to TO who,missing the backbone of their team re-organised (which the coach must take credit for,for once !) and put the Fax defence under more pressure .Fax always looked the better team and full credit to them and their fans for their great support.
Not a bad perforrmance on the Fax (or TO ) side but very impressed with Holroyd who controlled the game for me with great support from Danny Jones and good peformances from the players usually out of the limelight ie Cherryholme who was awesome and Penky,Goddard,Chandler,White etc etc - a good 'team' performance which went to plan which pleased MC.
Thought TO did well to re-organise and it's difficult to find a bad TO player but Greg White did well at FB but,as I have said,they are missing key players in key positions (without capable back-up) and a better team would have made it more difficult for Fax IMO

Dont forget though we have played Widnes as our last two games , so you cannot really judge us on that

Im nervous about the semis now, Dewsbury or Batley at home is a must, theres no way we are ready for Fev or Leigh.
One swallow does not make a summer, theres still a lot to do to gain my confidence in the management.
Getting ahead of myself here a bit, but for a number of reasons i would not like to play certain teams at Blackpool, should we get there, shudder, im sure some of you know what i mean straight off.
