agree. if this was the only way RFL and fax found out there should be numerous other fines handed out.

Hang on the game at swinton was 4 weeks away and they are trying to say that noone from the club had twigged he was cup-tied when ordinary fans knew he was.
Surely between the Swinton game and Sunday it would have come to someones attention.If not why not? also if there were persons who knew at the club why did they keep it quiet and let all the fans travel to the game? The onus is on the clubs to ensure you do not play someone who is cup-tied it`s a simple enough ask surely.

Yeah and probably thanking god that the people that run their club are a million miles more intellegent than the s that run yours !! best get your collection buckets out again ! Nice little pay off due to Calland......maybe you should sue SHAYFAX !

Whether it was a mistake or not I do not know, but how you can place the blame on me, I feel it's unfair.

The club were wrong and this error shouldn't have happened. I was simply asking, and unfortunately it lead to this. Something, no doubt, that would have happened sooner rather than later.

It's a shame, but I guess these things happen!

Dont be daft, you have done absolutely nothing wrong; You identified a mistake, which the club and RFL should have noticed... but they where too slack to do so.
