Watched the replay of the Toyota Cup grand final last night and was so impressed with Widdop. Not only is he threatening in attack (his first try was a blinder), but his positional play was outstanding. You can certainly see the impact working with Billy Slater has had on him and his game reflects that in many ways. For a young lad he had an old head on his shoulders too and didnt get rattled by some of the rough stuff tactics from Wests.

This boy has got a big future in the game and we can only hope that one day he decides to play for his home town club. Well done Gareth

Disagree about the ref Col. If he had the balls you would have had more men march for the mouth he got not to mention the continuous swinging arms.

As for the team, swings both ways, we had a few of our better players watching plus I would imagine the return fixture being after Xmas when we wil have our two wrecking balls back in big pete and cassy icon_wink.gif
