My POV - I don't mind the silence to be honest. The players we are seeing being signed are the same journey men who go from club to club. Also the good players in average teams dropping down from full time to part time rugby.

Rhino signed players last year that never excited us at first - Ashall and Heaton for example - in the end they did well for us.

If Rhino and the coaching staff are hunting their prey for us, so be it.

And yes the season isnt actually over until this Sunday for us - some players may not be able to be announced until their club has finished?

Good point, thinking about this they only knew that Penky had gone for deffo 2 weeks ago and being one of the top earners if not the top earner that leaves Karl with a pot of money to look for talent and I am sure he is, my main point is as we are all saying we need to get another winger/centre with pace, a hooker and a half back, no more forwards!

nanyn, tyrer and heaton, already got 3 good centres do we need more to warm a bench.?

No idea how Nanyn will return and Rhino seems to have decided Heaton is a second rower.

Nanyn is a beast & has alway been a prolific try scorer & IMO is the best goal kicker in the league despite Finns record

think that was just a way to have him in the team instead of dropping pattison. heaton is a centre/fullback, scored plenty of tries before injured.

Heaton can score tries but he never passes so not a centre for me.

Got to remember that Heaton was signed as a Full back as a I remember but he was able to play centre. He moved to second row because we were low on forwards and he obviously put a bit of weight on with being injured for so long. A good long hard pre-season I think we will see Heaton back as a centre.
