Why is he on Holiday at this point of the season? Disgusting

He is essentially not on the coaching staff, he is Director of Rugby and therefore not involved with the day to day coaching. His role is players contracts and bringing in new players.
So there will only be a short period when he will be able to go on holiday, he has a family like everyone else, other directors go away during the season.

Calm down. The simple question was asked as to why MH had not been seen at last 2 games. Yes he is entitled to a holiday, as is any working man. But to go on holiday with 5 games of the season remaining? Yes the kids are on holiday, so what?
And do you think its possible that he booked thid holiday a while back (Doubt you could get a last minute deal to Mexico for a family). A while back when he and MC thought maybe we would be safe in first place by now?

There are plenty of school holidays outside the rugby season.

But it's not a simple question is it? The reason it is not simple is because he has been away people are asking this question and putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5 and throwing wild accusations around that are not true because of it which could cause more harm than good.

Some of the stuff on this board of late is poorly thought out, and somewhat selfish.

The post about Martin Hall is very selfish. he can go when he likes if that is part of his contract and there aren't that many school holidays that allow 2weeks off, apart from probably Christmas. Plus this has nothing to do with us.

Talking of holidays how many players are on holiday when the Leigh game takes place.It has always been a time when players take a break.Holidays will already have been booked before the fixture was rearranged.

I would merely have thought that come the business end of the season and in times gone by it would be all hands on deck.

God everyones getting so tetchy lately

I am completely calm...i just feel that some of the comments on here are getting too personal and a lot of asumptions are being made about the club, players and staff...i find it really annoying....we all love the club so lets stick together when the going gets tough.

We will stick together because we have a common cause, the true fans anyway, like i said, we dont go away.
but we cant kid ourselves this is a dip, and i hope Matt, Martin, Graham and everyone can fix it soon.

Who knows we may still see a trophy in the newly refurbed Shay, but 'in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king' i wont be letting my love for the blue and whites cloud my opinion that all is not quite rosy at the minute.. Well just have to see, support and hope.

Most of the fans on here, including myself have followed fax for years and i dont think there are many who would assume that everything is a basket of fruit, but for those who want to critisize just for the point of letting off steam are adopting the wrong approach. If true problems exist then like you i feel they are addressed ASAP in a professional manner, regardless of what they might be.
