I want an Official statement from our Board and somebody needs to get in touch with the author of this letter to confirm its validity as I am sceptical.
If true I am furious with our Board but if not this is a disgraceful and malicious act and we should take this guy to court or do something to them.

the Board need to nail this one way or the other, if I recall the rent is around £35k a year anyway so where has this figure come from???
If untrue it is slanderous and should be taken very seriously as misrepresentation of the truth. If it is true then how stupid of our club. |

FaxforLife - it is a correct freedom of information request supplied by the Council and not a fake. suggest you all get your heads out of the sand and start asking your own board some searching questions. Such as why are we over £200k in debt including over one year's rent?

The council is in negotiations to sell the Shay to a company owned by a guy who is the CEO and main shareholder of a company that owes them £50,000, and that overall was £250,000 in the red at the time they last submitted accounts.
Is it Reactiiv or one of the many other registered companies he has registered?
Rugby League Finance, Rugby Union Finance, Rugby Finance, Haddock and Cod and several others.

Fax4Life - put your head back in the sand. In your world you have a great game with wonderful leaders (including Fat Nige) - a club going forward (no promotion and continually shafted by the game's management) and clearly solvent (£200k in debt). Dread to think what you would be like if things really were a mess.

Been doing a bit if my own digging and most of the requests come from Owen Scott. Today's responses include a request from him regarding costs to run the shay which dates back to mid Sept, can't see anything regarding this alleged letter....!!
Sad people forging stuff as far as I can tell.
