Obviously played at a high level and is still only 31 , can play all across the back line which will be beneficial and perhaps motivate some under performing players.

Don't even know how to create a topic on this sh!!te site now....hoping we get back to a committed performance again at Oldham and get our season back on track..does anyone know if they are opening the Frizzell stand for us on Sunday ?

On Oldham Facebook page it says a decision might be made on the Friday. I doubt it, but if we had kept our unbeaten run going, it probably would have been needed.

This site is absolute rubbish - as was the performance/team selection today. At the start of the season one of the main strengths of the team was its defense- today - partly due to playing people out of position it was downright embarrassing  - especially in the first half. Jouffret now looks a broken man at fullback and is getting worse by the week - Nofaluma may be a good player but on today's showing he is not a centre. Unfortunately Hanson now looks another lacking in confidence. While a lot of people me included have long advocated for JWH to go to fullback, I'd probably now give Nofaluma a chance in that position,  put Jouffret in the halves in place of Hanson. Only positives for me from today - winger from Warrington looked decent and took his try well and new French lad ran rhe ball in strongly. If we didn't know before desperately need Crookes and Douglas back ASAP.

Totally agree..to quote our stubborn coach..Fax fans aren't daft and can see the positives..based on that I must be downright stupid..

Aye, a bit of an insulting comment where he refers to 'people with half a brain'. You don't need qualifications to see that JWH is not working at half back and playing Louis at fullback is making him look a poor player. Change them back!

Anyway as well as all the above posts about what’s going on with team selection and performances recently another who looks a shadow of his former self is Charlie Graham who’s gone from having the pace of the likes of Maizen and Walmsley and fitness to play 80 minutes to hardly being able to run and when he tries to looking like he’s running on empty, how and why as this been allowed to happen when his injury was to his hand which doesn’t stop the aerobics side of things.
