No issue with this. There's been Russian teams in the cup before. As long as they travel to UK, they'd get knocked out by one of the amateur teams anyway.
Big difference between this and putting a brand new team from across the pond into the actual league.

Ive followed their journey a fair bit on Social media and what not. It's great what they're doing to get people interested in the game over there.
That said, the standard is still a long long way off anything like decent amateur level in the UK. They have some big boys who love the physical side, but the fitness, discipline and handling is nothing like the standard they would need to join League 1.
Im all for expansion and they really could add something, but its at least 10 years before they would be ready.
