Nah far from it flower ...you had a couple o good games in an otherwise crap season pal we had a couple o bad ones in a fantastici season,now I know that eats you up .

What is currently frosting my cookies though is when you are from an area of the country where education is open and free to all and then having to communicate back to people with little or no intelligence or even limited IQ it's such a drag.

Halifax fans have had the joy of winning one of the only two finals played this season at this level of rugby. Fev wanted that game badly and you did brilliantly to stop them winning. Their coach's reaction after the match, spoke volumes. It did not look to me as he did not think that was a big match. In the absence of promotion and relegation, IMO it is just as impressive to win the NRC as the GF. Last year Leigh and Fev only lost one game each in the league out of 20 and drew one. They stuffed up in the NRC, losing to you at home in the semis. They also lost to Widnes in the NRC group stages. Leigh botched the play offs, losing to Fev and Sheffield. We had an identical playing record to Fev last season, except we played one more game overall. In addition they got about seventy shoved on them in the CC, whereas we narrowly lost to Catalans. However, most people would view their season much more positively. I know that financially, the GF is more rewarding, but until it guarantees the victor promotion, to me it is no more significant a triumph than winning the NRC.

Sheffield reached the GF from 6th spot last year and in theory could have won it. They showed nowhere near the consistent form of Leigh and Fev , but came with a surge at the end of the year. They seemed to just hit form at the right time and have done the same again this time around. You just seem to have run out of steam and yesterday was not typical of the way you have played throughout the year. You were more exciting to watch last year IMO, but you have won a trophy this year and won far more league games. You are the only team in this league to have won a final so far in 2012 and should be proud of that. I am also sure you will continue to be a big threat in 2013.

Well those little 3 points that you only finished behind us ensured you got nowhere near the playoff final. You were damn lucky to get a shot at Sheffield
