I really wanted to attend this event but due to work commitments I couldn't make it. Well done to everybody who supported it and a special mention for Featherstone who came across on the night. Had a good chat earlier with Martin (ovo) and it's very humbling to hear how much they want to help Dave. He was telling me that Daryl Powell bought a Fax polo shirt for £100 which is a great gesture. I know Daryl quite well and he's tighter than me so fair play!

Featherstone are keen to do what they can for Dave & we have some plans in place for next year which will be announced soon.

I will settle for a meet up before a game for a good craic and drinks.


My mind is willing to run about playing tag rugby but for some reason, my legs don't seem to want to join in!!
