Each clubs travel arrangements are paid for by the RFL. It is around £10,000 per club visiting Toulouse. Only a certain number of people can travel under the RFL agreement. Normally 19 players, coaching staff of 5 or six people.

Toulouse are covered to around £100,000 for their games in this country.

So it costs the RFL around £200,000 to keep Toulouse in this league.

Not to be confused with Thierry Alibert who was on tv at Hudds, attempting to scream out in English !

Obviously need to bow to your superior knowledge, but spent 5 days in
Toulouse so know how exactly much the Melting Pot costs, plus about 12 other
bars also, like to actually see a city properly instead of just the red light area.

Bet you know price of a burger aswell, but in case you didn't realise, not all food in
Toulouse comes in a bread bun with a plastic cheese slice on top....

5 days and over 12 bars!

I won't mention the fact that I had an apartment in Toulouse and used to spend around half my year there for about an 8 year period...

Fair enough, can't argue with that, we just thought it was generally
very expensive, think it was Wilson Place area, lager & a small wine
just under 14 euros...

France is expensive, has been for a number of years, certainly all the times i've been. Beer from the Supermarkets is dirt cheap though, got 10 stubbie bieres for under 4 euro
