Myself and Sister Haigh are running the Great Manchester 10K Run on Sunday 16th May, for the Stroke Association.
Little, Big Sister Haigh has run twice before but this year I'm taking her on in the challenge. This year is extra important for us though after our Grandfather also a life long Fax fan suffered a stroke over Christmas.
Now I know what you're thinking, Haighy running? Yes, I know I make a tortoise look like Usain Bolt and the only glimpses of speed I show are to the bar or buffet. Which makes it doubly important you donate!
Please give whatever you can for this tremendous, often overlooked Charity who helps so many people.
Even if it's as little as a quid, it makes such a difference!

To be fair Mike, you were grease lightning on saturday when the buffet opened at Phil's wedding! For a moment, I was worried you might actually challenge my time....(haha! you will kick my ass after 5 weeks of "footgate"!)
