I have in my possession a large photograph for season 1911/12 / which clearly shows the team very smartly kit out with names etc,and shows the Bradford and district championship trophy in their possession.The photo was originally given as thanks to their sponsor.Most of these men I believe worked in the quarries at Swalesmoor.The field played on was opposite the now Cavendish garage,there used to be a pub adjacent at the time.A school now defunct was also built at Catherine slack.(most of the better educated queensbury scholars graduated from here !).I will attempt to download a copy of the Photo,may take some time as computers were not available at Catherine Slack School--only hammers and chissels).
